Please check your tickets for correct date, time and location. Any discrepancies on shipped orders must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER RELATED EVENTS, STRIKES OR OTHER LABOR DISTURBANCES, LOSS OF POWER, FIRE, ACTS OF TERRORISM OR ANY OTHER CAUSE BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL THAT COULD CANCEL, MODIFY OR RESULT IN THE RESCHEDULING OF THIS EVENT. Since event tickets are purchased in a free and fluctuating Market, ticket prices are subject to change at any time. Due to the nature of the business and the sensitivity of seat locations, in some circumstances the exact seat location may differ slightly from what was originally purchased. However, in these cases will offer the buyer a better, comparable, or replacement ticket. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on all refunded orders. reserves the right to upgrade customers at no additional cost to improve the seats if what they ordered is not available. If the tickets ordered or an upgrade are not available, a sales representative will contact the customer and offer different seats or ones that are comparable . A customer will never get tickets of a lesser value and/or quality without being contacted first and getting approval.

In the rare instance that we are unable to provide you with comparable tickets after we have confirmed your order, we will notify you in a reasonable amount of time and provide you a 100% refund of the price of the tickets and 100% of any service, shipping or other charges..

The face value of Derby and Oaks Tickets do not include the PSL charges that can be up to 5 times the face value of the ticket. WE DO NOT BUY TICKETS AT FACE VALUE! We buy our tickets from long time PSL holders and we also pay the PSL Charges. The face value on the ticket does not reflect the cost that paid to obtain the ticket. The cost is to obtain the ticket is 5 times the face value or greater.

Derby/Oaks tickets are printed the first week of April. We receive our tickets around the 15th of April. We ship and deliver after that date. Any other shipping method usually is shipped by the 20th of April.

Verification of Tickets Upon Receipt - It is the responsibility of the customer to check tickets carefully upon receipt via FedEx or via Email from If there is an error with the ticket location, date, or time the customer must contact our office within 48 hours of receipt on hard traditional tickets, or within one (1) hour from the time of receipt on Electronic Email Tickets / Instant Download tickets so we can provide you with the correct tickets for your event, otherwise we cannot be held accountable for the incorrect tickets received.
